As the session starts, you are invited to share all thoughts and emotions without judgment—a sacred space where your truth is honored. This offers you the opportunity to share and release all the things you can't say anywhere else. Your session concludes with soothing energy healing. You will lie fully clothed on a massage table and relax as the gentle waves of energy healing restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.
